On top of our passion for wine, we have another activity that we keep on practicing with love and care : truffle is part of our inheritance and historical background.

Historically the estate owns 3 hectares of truffle fields planted from generation to generation ; we take care to maintain this tradition in our family.

Truffle is a fragile mushroom, who likes cold winter but no frost, hot and dry summers but still with a bit of rain to stimulate its growth. Surrounded with mystery and contradiction, no science yet managed to unveil this mushroom’s secrets.

You can book a tour between December and March and we’ll gladly take you around our truffle fields, to tell you all about our black diamond’s secrets.

We organise half day or all day long “cavage” (truffle digging with a dog)..
